Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the handmade-by-order nature of our manufacturing, we are not able to refund or exchange any purchases, at this time.  Please be sure that you want to make your purchase before you make your purchase. Make sure that you have reviewed the size chart and ensure that you have ordered the appropriate size. Please review the materials and indications that may affect your use of the item before you buy it.  Please feel free to email us at info@thedragonslair.net for any questions before you make your purchase.

Please email info@thedragonslair.net to enquire about an exchange. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost in Transit 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Only items confirmed to be lost in transit will be remade and resent. 

Please use the tracking information to confirm with the mail carrier that your package has been lost. Then email us at info@thedragonslair.net. Upon confirmation that the original shipping address was correct and the item has been lost, we will remake and reship your order. 

 

Defective or Damaged in Transit

If something arrives damaged or defective, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@thedragonslair.net. Upon confirmation of a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.

Books, Crystals, Plants

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.  Exchanges on damaged plants may be allowed.  Within 24 hours of receiving the damaged plant take a photo and email to info@thedragonslair.net. From there, we will contact our plant supplier to confirm the product was damaged in transit. If the supplier confirms the damage, they will ship another plant to you at no charge.
