@kbtheyogi and @earthdreamingdragon (the owner of this site) will be teaching a yin and yang yoga sequence at El Cariso park in Sylmar on May 28, 2023. Please come and support. There will be tea fresh from herbs from the garden and light snacks. The sequence will (hopefully) be accompanied by plant music and there will be a short sound bath after.
